[ About American Income Life (AIL) ] [ AIL Benefits Information ] [ Complete Card Online ]

1. Why is it important to reply to this program?

  • The Additional $10,000.00 Accidental Death coverage available for only $2 for one year is only available if you return the yellow reply card.
  • The Eye Care Program & Child Safe Kits may only be delivered once the yellow reply card is returned.
  • Returning the yellow reply card allows you to designate a beneficiary for your AD&D benefit as well as receive the $2,000 AD&D certificate for your family records.
  • Designating a beneficiary ensures that the benefits are paid to your beneficiary instead of your Estate. If the benefits go to your Estate, they may become taxable.

2. How do I pay the $2 for the Additional $10,000.00 Accidental Death coverage?

DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY OR PAYMENT BY MAIL; an AIL Canada representative will call on you once you return your reply card.

3. How does the Eye Care Program work?

The Eye Care Program covers you and your family and reduces the cost of eyewear purchased at participating suppliers. An AIL Canada representative will deliver your Eye Care Program once you return your reply card.

4. Does this new benefit affect my current insurances?

No. AIL Canada’s AD&D coverage does not interfere with any other coverage, nor does it alter any of your other current insurance policies. This AD&D Benefit is independent of any coverage you may have with any other organization or company.

5. Is the Quest Travel Program still available?

Yes. You are still entitled to receive discounts of up to 50% in over 2,100 hotels, inns, and resorts in Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe. Details for this package as well as the activation fee of $10 can be explained to you through your AIL Canada representative.

6. Am I covered only during O.F.A.H.-related activities?

No. This coverage is 24 hours a day, anywhere around the world.

7. Did the O.F.A.H. distribute the membership list?

No. This announcement was mailed by the O.F.A.H. - AIL Canada does not have your name and address. Only once you return the reply card will an AIL Canada representative call on you to arrange the best time to deliver your AD&D certificate, Family Eye Care program, Child Safe Kits and have you authenticate your beneficiary. You and your family may also qualify for additional insurance benefits offered at this time.

8. If I have sent in my card over the previous years, do I need to send it in again?

Yes. In order to make the most of the importance of the new Child Safe Kit and Additional $10,000.00 Accidental Death coverage that is available, AIL Canada must be notified of your interest. Since AIL Canada does not have your contact information, the only way they can deliver these new programs to you is by you replying to the mailing.
