We are pleased to provide the Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) benefit listed below for each O.F.A.H. member at NO COST TO YOU, provided through AIL Canada - the insurance company that specializes in providing organizations’ members with exciting and practical supplemental benefits. The Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters is proud to continue in partnership with AIL Canada to sponsor this benefit.

A $2,000.00 Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefit
Provides coverage 24 hours a day, anywhere around the world. In addition, you will also receive:

    Endorsed by the International Union of Police Associations;
    Helps record important information about the children in your life

WE ASK YOU TO FILL OUT YOUR REPLY CARD WITHIN TEN DAYS TO AIL CANADA TO HAVE YOUR AD&D CERTIFICATE DELIVERED AND TO DESIGNATE YOUR BENEFICIARY.

Please remember, if you do not designate your beneficiary, the benefits will be paid to your Estate, which may be taxable.
