Rules & Regulations

  1. Only 675,000 tickets are printed.

  2. Prizes are tax-free to Canadian residents. Winners of vehicle prizes, including boats, are responsible for licenses and insurance costs and for arranging to pick up their vehicle or boat in Peterborough. All other prizes will be delivered, free of charge, to winners.

  3. The Early Bird Draws will take place on February 19 and April 16, 2010, commencing at 1:30 pm at the head office of the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters, 4601 Guthrie Drive, Peterborough, Ontario. The Final Draws will be held on May 28, 2010, at 1:30 pm.

  4. Prizes may not be exactly as illustrated. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and must be redeemed within one year of the Final Draw. No substitutions or cash in lieu are permitted.

  5. Ticket purchasers must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Tickets will be sold only in the province of Ontario.

  6. All winners will be notified by mail with instructions on how to redeem their prize(s). Winners of major prizes will also be contacted by phone.

  7. Postdated cheques will not be accepted as payment for tickets. Payment must be received in full for ticket purchases to be valid. In the event of a cheque returned by the bank, the ticket price must be paid in full before the ticket will be validated.

  8. Winners agree to the use of their name and photo for publicity purposes with respect to this lottery. The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket(s).

  9. A list of winners will be published in the August issue of Ontario OUT OF DOORS magazine and on our website www.ofah.org/lottery

  10. Each prize value on the back of each ticket is inclusive of applicable taxes.

  11. Ticket purchases are not tax deductible.

  12. This lottery is operated under the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, License #2143.
