Who may attend the Women’s Outdoor Weekend?
The OFAH Women’s Outdoor Weekend is open to all female OFAH members that are at least 19 years of age. If you are not a member you may join by clicking here or calling the OFAH at 705-748-6324.
At 9:00 am on Monday, April 30, a link will appear “click here” to register. A PDF will also appear, if you wish to complete and fax or email it to us. As registration is in high demand, we strongly suggest registering online to increase your chance of a successful registration. A confirmation page and number will appear after each registration, if you wish, you may print the confirmation page or record the confirmation number for documentation purposes. A detailed information package will be mailed to your address one month prior to the event date. This information package will include: packing list, map and directions, arrival and departure times, as well as information on what to expect.

At 9:00 am on Monday, April 30, we will accept registration via phone. No registrations will be accepted through voicemail, only through direct contact with the Women’s Outdoor Weekend Program Coordinator. Due to the high volume of phone calls received, this is the slowest method of registration. If you must leave a message, please clearly state your name and phone number, and we will return your call in order of a first come, first serve basis.
Camp Details
What are the accommodations?
Each cabin sleeps four to eight women and are equipped with washroom facilities and shower, or are located a short distance from the shower house and washroom facilities.

What do I need to bring?
The OFAH Women’s Outdoor Weekend Program will provide all program equipment needed. A list of specific items that you will need to bring will be included in an information package mailed to your address one month prior to the event. These items will include personal belongings, such as clothing, bug spray, sunscreen, sleeping bag, pillow, etc.
Can I request to be in the same group or cabin as a friend or family member?
Upon registration, any requests can be added. Groups and cabin assignments are randomized if not requested. All efforts will be made to meet your requests, although, the Women’s Outdoor Weekend Program highly suggests meeting new people.
Do I need money?
Although all food and program equipment is provided, you may wish to bring money for program branded clothing.
