Refund Policy

Cancelled registrations:

  • From the date of registration to May 15 at 4:30 pm, you will receive a 75 % refund.
  • From May 15 at 4:30 pm to July 31 at 4:30 pm, you will receive a 75% refund, if a  replacement can be found by the Women’s Outdoor Weekend Program Coordinator by July 31 at 4:30 pm.
  • After July 31 at 4:30 pm, no refund will be available.

All cancellations must be sent to wow@ofah.org clearly stating your wish to cancel the registration.
