The VOICE of Anglers and Hunters since 1928

Hunting in Gravelly Bay

Please be advised that on Wednesday September 26, 2018, the City of Port Colborne will be hosting an Open House where they will be discussing ‘Hunting in Gravelly Bay’. The meeting will start at 5:00 p.m. in council chambers on the 3rd floor City Hall, 66 Charlotte Street.

The City is interested in hearing from residents regarding hunting in Gravelly Bay. The information gathered from this open house will be presented to Council at an upcoming meeting.
We would encourage all OFAH members and fellow hunters to attend this Open House. A representative from the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters will be attending this meeting.

The OFAH has already communicated with city staff on a number of occasions and have informed them that the City has no jurisdiction to implement and enforce regulations on Lake Erie.

If you are unable to attend and have specific questions (or comments), and would still like and have your voice heard, please send an email to Sherry Hanson, Supervisor, By-law Enforcement Division for the City of Port Colborne at sherryhanson@portcolborne.ca.

We would also respectfully ask that you copy OFAH head office on your email at brian_mcrae@ofah.org (Brian McRae, zone/member & club services liaison).

We appreciate your support and assistance on this matter.
