Do I need to be an outdoor business to become an OFAH Business Member?
No. OFAH Business Membership is open to outdoor and non-outdoor businesses alike. What matters most is your support for conservation, fishing, hunting, trapping, outdoor heritage, and the future of Ontario’s outdoor community.
What does my Business Membership support?
Your membership helps support OFAH’s work in conservation, advocacy, education, stewardship, outdoor access, and community engagement across Ontario.
Can my business advertise through OFAH?
Yes. All Business Members may advertise through OFAH media channels. Business Members at the Business tier may advertise at standard rates, while Business Plus and Business Elite members are eligible for preferred or enhanced media pricing.
Do all tiers include access to the Partner Savings Program?
Yes. Business, Business Plus, and Business Elite all include access to the OFAH Partner Savings Program.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Businesses can start with the package that fits their current needs and move into a higher level as their visibility, savings, or media needs grow.
What’s the difference between Business Membership and Individual OFAH Membership?
OFAH Business Membership is for businesses and organizations that want to support the OFAH, be recognized as part of the OFAH business network, access business-focused benefits, and take advantage of optional visibility or media opportunities.
Individual OFAH Membership is for people. It includes the personal benefits and privileges associated with being an OFAH member, including voting rights, governance participation, eligibility to hold office, individual member benefits, and other rights as defined by OFAH bylaws.
A business owner, employee, or representative may hold an individual OFAH Membership in their own name while their company also holds an OFAH Business Membership. The two memberships are separate and serve different purposes.

After joining, your business can begin accessing eligible Business Membership benefits, including directory listing opportunities, OFAH Business Member branding, Partner Savings Program information, and applicable media or visibility opportunities based on your selected tier.

What is the difference between Standard, Premium and Featured directory listings?
The Standard directory listing package is included with entry level members and includes your listing on the website with a link to your business website and max 2 categories to list under.
The Premium directory listing package is included with Plus level members and includes listing on website with mid-level priority on search results, link to business website, Facebook and Instagram accounts. Premium package allows up to 4 categories to list under for better exposure.
The Featured directory listing package is included with the Elite level members and includes listing on website with high priority on search results, link to business website and social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and YouTube). Â Featured package allows up to 6 categories to list your business under for greater exposure.
