Kid’s fish art contest returns

The MNR’s 23rd Annual Kid’s Fish Art Contest is underway. Students are invited to submit their drawings or paintings by Jan. 2, 2026.

The MNR’s 23rd Annual Kid’s Fish Art Contest is underway.

Ontario’s grade and high school students are invited to submit their drawings or paintings by Jan. 2, 2026. This year, contestants are asked to depict either a splake or largemouth bass. Winners will be contacted in March and will receive a fishing prize pack and tickets to the 2026 Toronto Sportsmen’s Show in March.

Last year’s winners included Maya J. from Oakville (Grades 4-6), Naomi C. from Markham (Grades 7-9), Raquel W. from Markham (Grades 10-12).
