Fishing and hunting closures/restrictions due to COVID-19

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry hasn’t altered fishing and hunting in the province, but access to many areas used by anglers and hunters has been restricted.

In order to help anglers and hunters across Ontario stay up-to-date on any closures or restrictions that may impact spring activities, the OFAH has launched a webpage that will serve as the home for this information.

The site lists closures and restrictions for conservation authorities, county forests, trails, national wildlife areas, and boat launches, among other things as we receive information. We will be updating this list on a daily basis to reflect any new additions or changes.

In order for this list to be as comprehensive as possible, we’re asking for your help. If you know of any closures/restrictions not included on this page, please email the details with a link to the source to fwintern@ofah.org.

Thank you for your help. This list will change daily, so please check back often.
