This crisp and crunchy wrap is a great snack to bring in the blind or for any meal. Also, the kids love them.

This crisp and crunchy wild turkey wrap is a great snack to bring in the blind or for any meal. Also, the kids love them. Ingredients (Makes 2 wraps) ½ wild turkey breast, cut into strips ½ cup hot sauce 1 cup buttermilk 2 cups panko breadcrumbs ½ cup canola oil 2 tortilla wraps ¼ cup guacamole 2 tbsp chipotle mayo ½ cup shredded lettuce ¼ cup diced tomato ¼ cup Tex-Mex cheese, grated Directions 1. Marinate turkey strips in hot sauce for two hours. 2. Remove from hot sauce and dip into the buttermilk, and then into the breadcrumbs. 3. Heat oil in a pan and sear the breaded strips on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside to cool. 4. Spread guacamole onto tortillas. Drizzle with chipotle mayo and top with lettuce, tomato and Tex-Mex cheese. Place breaded turkey strips on top and roll up folding in both ends. 5. Place onto a panini press or sear on a pan with a small amount of oil to crisp up the outsides. Slice in half and enjoy.
