This crisp and crunchy wild turkey wrap is a great snack to bring in the blind or for any meal. Also, the kids love them.
(Makes 2 wraps)
1. Marinate turkey strips in hot sauce for two hours.
2. Remove from hot sauce and dip into the buttermilk, and then into the breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a pan and sear the breaded strips on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside to cool.
4. Spread guacamole onto tortillas. Drizzle with chipotle mayo and top with lettuce, tomato and Tex-Mex cheese. Place breaded turkey strips on top and roll up folding in both ends.
5. Place onto a panini press or sear on a pan with a small amount of oil to crisp up the outsides. Slice in half and enjoy.
