OFAH Membership Board of Directors

The OFAH Membership Board of Directors consists of a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 25 directors, made up of nine (9) Zone Representative Directors, nine (9) Zone Directors, and seven (7) Directors-at-Large (By-law Section 7.03). In order to ensure continuity of leadership and Board effectiveness, we hold our elections in rotation so that approximately half of the Board is subject to election or re-election at each Annual Meeting.

On September 8, 2025, elections will be held for three Directors-at-Large, five Zone Directors (one each for Zones A, B, D, F, and J), and four Zone Representative Directors (one each for Zones C, E, G, and H).

Our next annual meeting will take place in Spring of 2026, at which time elections will be held for the four Directors-at-Large, four Zone Directors (one each for Zones C, E. G and H) and five Zone Representative Directors (one each for Zones A, B, D, F, and J).
